Denise Myers
Ms. Myers once served as the only female leader in a district of over 25 retail stores for a Fortune 500 company, Walgreens. After leading six different retail locations, she went on to develop districts in the Pacific Northwest, growing them from 18 stores to 40. She was responsible for hiring, training and developing leaders, sales production, product branding, and strategic planning for the Pacific Northwest Region. Ms. Myers also served as one of only two diversity recruiters for the entire Walgreens enterprise. She held a position on Congressmen David Reichart's health care board, representing the pharmaceutical industry reimbursement initiatives and community involvement. She served as a member of the Retail Management Board at the University of Washington, was on the board of University of Women in Business (UWIB) at the University of Washington and held a position on the nonprofit board for early childhood learning at Encompass of Northwest. Ms. Myers is an International Coach Federation (ICF) certified coach and a certified DISC Esoterica trainer. Her past clients have included Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Alliance Data, Appitio, Front Porch, and Ellucian. She is also an expert in Insider Threat and is federally certified in Workplace Security Awareness and Active Shooter.

Dr. Edward Pallas
Dr. Pallas is currently a Captain with the Montgomery County Department of Police (MCP), in Maryland where he has served for 23 years. He has served as the MCP Director of the Training and Education Division, Director of the Policy and Planning Division, Director of the Legal and Labor Division, and Deputy Director of the Major Crimes Division. Dr. Pallas is also a member of the Emergency Response Team where he has been the Conflict/Hostage negotiator for the past 17 years. He earned his Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and Innovation from Wilmington University and a Master's Degree in applied Behavioral Science from John Hopkins University. His thesis, The Relationship Between Emotional Intelligence, Transformational Leadership Style, and Effectiveness Among Police Supervisors is published with ProQuest. Dr. Pallas is a certified speaker, trainer, and coach for the John Maxwell Team, a certified Human Behavior Consultant with Personality Insights, Inc., and a certified International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP), Master Instructor in the Leadership in Police (LPO) program. He has taught thousands of law enforcement and private sector professionals from around the world.

Dr. Johnson is a former Assistant United States Attorney, was in-house counsel for EDS, which is now Hewlett Packard, and has served as a court mediator. She is also a former Director of Training in the Human Resources Department at Texas Instruments, Dallas. In addition to her law degree, she has studied at Oxford University and has both a Master’s Degree and Doctorate Degree in education. Dr. Johnson has served as a City of Plano, Texas Commissioner, Trustee of Paul Quinn College, member of the Plano Mayor's Multicultural Committee and Plano Douglas Community Visions Committee, board member for Leadership Plano's Youth Leadership Program, Collin County Children's Advocacy Center, Boys and Girls Clubs of Collin County, Director and Board member for the Live from Plano Production (supporting a residential facility for abused youth), Plano Housing Authority\Family Self Sufficiency (FSS) Program, Plano African American Museum, the Collin College Committee for Civic and Scholarly Engagement, and the SMU Law Alumni Council. She is a Ziglar Legacy Certified Trainer and Speaker, and is a certified DISC Human Behavior Consultant.

Keith Foote
Mr. Foote is a senior instructor at Bradford-Grant. He enjoys over 40 years of teaching, training, and coaching at educational institutions and private corporations, including the Fortune 500. He has a Master's Degree in Administration and holds certifications in DISC Esoterica, DISC Esoterica Trainer, Professional Speech, and FEMA certifications in Basic Workplace Security Awareness, Active Shooter, and National Incident Management System (NIMS). He is an expert with extensive experience in threat mitigation and de-escalation which he has used and taught while serving as a principal and assistant superintendent within public education in several states, and in private corporations.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in leadership Management and has been trained within the John Maxwell Leadership Team, Anthony Robbins, and Zig Ziglar leadership systems. He is frequently a keynote speaker and has trained leadership teams in numerous companies based in part on his success in personally selling ¼ billion dollars in his professional capacity. Mr. Passeau is a recognized expert in DISC Esoterica and its numerous government and commercial applications. He holds federal certifications in National Incident Management System (NIMS), Workplace Security Awareness, and Active Shooter. Mr. Passeau is also a veteran of the U.S. military.
Brenda Alfano
Ms. Alfano has 30 experience in the financial services industry. She has served in senior positions in banking and credit unions including branch manager.
Ms Alfano’s extensive knowledge and experience within the industry also includes loan underwriting, securities and mortgage loan licensures, as well as designation as a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist (CMPS). She holds federal certifications in Leadership, National Incident Management System, Active Shooter, Basic Workplace Security Awareness, and was the third person to qualify as a Certified Trainer in DISC Esoterica. Ms. Alfano has directed Esoterica training for numerous clients including Yale University School of Medicine, the most senior levels of university management, and law enforcement. She has a long history of service as a board member for a series of non-profit organizations.

Dr. Guarnieri has a Master’s Degree in Business Administration specializing in managerial psychology and a Doctorate in Strategic Security . He practiced law as a trial attorney for 20 years. When we were attacked on 9/11 he became the Chairman of the National Conference on Homeland Security, a 501 (c) (3) corporation, and assisted the White House and Congress in forming the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) . There he also assisted in the development of numerous programs for DHS and the military. Mr. Guarnieri was the Director of Training at the University of South Florida’s National Intelligence Program which was funded by the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) and administered by the Defense Intelligence Agency. In this program he trained and educated individuals for placement within the intelligence community and developed Limbic Suppression, the fastest known method to eliminate the fear of public speaking. In 2015, while an instructor in the previous mentioned ODNI funded program, he developed and published the first major revision to the world-recognized DISC personality model in 90 years, DISC Esoterica. Mr. Guarnieri is also a decorated combat veteran.
